The S3 Innovation Competition is aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises. The emphasis of the competition is on the commercialization of innovative products in the following S3 areas:

Health and quality of life
Pharmaceuticals, biopharmaceuticals, medical equipment and devices
Health services and new methods of preventive medicine and diagnostics
Nutrition
Energy and a sustainable environment
Energy technologies, systems and equipment
Eco-friendly technologies, equipment and advanced materials
Transport and mobility
Manufacture of parts and systems of high added value for road and rail vehicles
Eco-friendly transport solutions
Intelligent transportation systems and logistics
certainty
Cyber ​​Security
Defense technologies and dual-use products
Mine program
Food and bioeconomics
Sustainable food production and processing
Sustainable production and processing of wood

The co-financed grant is 35-70% of the eligible costs for the applicant. Costs of tangible and intangible assets, acquisition of patents and personnel costs for the commercialization of innovative products / services are acceptable. The amount of aid is a minimum of HRK 750,000.00 and a maximum of HRK 20,000,000.00. The competition is open until 11/15/2019. at 11am.
