Competition Energy renovation of apartment buildings is intended for the energy renovation of apartment buildings with the aim of achieving energy savings. Eligible buildings are:
have more than 3 housing units managed by the building manager
the proportion of living space is at least 66% of the building area
is a unique architectural entity
buildings of energy class D or lower (E, F, G) in continental Croatia, or C or lower (D, E, F, G) in coastal Croatia
Eligible activities:

Project documentation (85% co-financed) - preparation of the main project for energy renovation of the building and related studies, energy auditing of the building, preparation of reports on the energy audit of the building and energy certificate before the energy renovation, project management, information and visibility

Energy renovation (60% co-financed) - renovation of the building envelope, installation of a new high-efficiency heating system or improvement of an existing one, replacement or improvement of an existing hot water system, high-efficiency system, replacement of indoor lighting by more efficient ones, promoting the use of renewable energy sources for the preparation of hot water , heat pumps, biomass boilers, or biomass boilers, expert construction supervision, energy audits of the building, production of energy audits of the building and energy certification after the energy renovation has been carried out

Key Project undertakes to carry out the project and coordinate all documentation from the beginning to the end of the project and endeavor to collect from the services paid for by the grant. Prices of services:
project application HRK 5,000.00 (85% co-financed) - to be paid at the beginning
project management 17.000,00 kn (85% co-financed) - paid during the project
information and visibility 20,000.00 kn (85% co-financed) - paid during the project
